dnata catering U.S. recruits the best talent and invests in their ongoing development through training and mentoring. We are looking for a Pot Washer to join our team supporting the airport. You will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.

Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently clean and sanitize pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils used in meal preparation. Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure all equipment is washed, rinsed, and sanitized properly. Assist with general kitchen cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash.

Requirements

Compliance with HACCP guidelines for personal hygiene
Ability to follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines
Knowledge of proper sanitation processes meeting FDA, USDA, and internal requirements
Familiarity with sanitation SOP and documentation per company policy
Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing practices
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks in a fast-paced kitchen
Attention to detail in maintaining hygiene and safety standards
Reliability in handling trash removal and area maintenance

Responsibilities

Follow established rules of entry to building and work areas, properly attired and in compliance with HACCP guidelines for personal hygiene
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans by hand
Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in approved storage areas
Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition
Sweep, mop, and deck brush floors
Clean garbage cans weekly with soap and water
Sort and remove trash, placing it in the dumpster at the end of every shift
Ensure parking lot, dumpster area, and ramp are free of garbage
