Job Adventure, the Barcelona-based recruitment organization, has joined forces with our premium partner in Ireland. Our mission is to connect motivated people with prestigious and reliable employers in the hotel industry (3*), who care about their team. Current vacancies include Jr. Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, Breakfast cook, and Commis Chef.
Work full-time in positions across various hospitality roles with permanent or fixed-term contracts directly with the Irish employer. Expect a probation period of typically 6 months, subject to specific terms. Positions available in prestigious hotels across Ireland.
Enjoy 5-6 working days per week and 40 hours on average, with overtime compensated according to Irish labor laws. Tips are provided 99.99% of the time. Some employers offer airport pick-up, free meals, and accommodation priced between 50 and 75 euros per week for shared options.
Locations include Galway, Ballysheen, Carne, Westport, Baltimore, Clonmel, Ballyconneely, Castlebar, and Kilcullen. Contract directly with the client, Irish employer. We are excited to meet you soon for these kitchen roles.
Requirements
- EU Passport required
- Good level of English needed
- Experience suitable for Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef roles
- Culinary skills for breakfast cook or commis positions
- Ability to work 5-6 days per week in hospitality
- Adaptability to 40-hour average schedules in hotel kitchens
Responsibilities
- Prepare and plate dishes for specific kitchen sections as Chef de Partie
- Assist Junior Sous Chef in supervising kitchen operations and team coordination
- Handle breakfast preparation and service as Breakfast Cook
- Support senior chefs with basic prep and cooking tasks as Commis Chef
- Maintain high standards in 3* hotel kitchens across Ireland
- Manage food quality and presentation during service peaks
- Utilize overtime opportunities compensated per Irish labor laws
