Assist in the creation and recommend menu changes to enhance offerings. Recommend and implement procedural and production changes for efficiency. Assure compliance with all sanitation, Serve-Safe, and safety requirements in daily operations.

Perform culinary management of food service operation, including inventory, ordering, and receiving. Demonstrate proficiency in menu development, cost controls, purchasing, and inventory with focus on sourcing local food products. Requirements

  • Culinary degree required; associate's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of relevant culinary experience preferred
  • High volume production and catering experience
  • Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
  • Desire to work with an industry leader preferred
