Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working with chemicals
Ability to work independently
Physically able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
Knowledge of safe cleaning and sanitation practices
Attention to detail for thorough cleaning
Reliable for overnight shifts
Basic understanding of food safety hygiene

Responsibilities

Transport soiled dishware, china, glassware from specified areas to the dish machines
Clean and sanitize all dishware, china, utensils, glassware
Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment
Clean and sanitize all kitchen areas, floors, walls
Sweep and mop floors to maintain sanitation
Empty trash bins and recycling from kitchen areas
Wipe down counters, prep surfaces, and storage areas
Complete other duties as assigned
