Provide excellent service to guests no matter the time, with airport shifts starting as early as 3am for early finishes. Be on the lookout for new ideas to make our dishes even better. Support a fast-paced environment in UK airports and restaurants.

Requirements

Experience in a kitchen porter or trainee role
Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced airport environment
Flexibility in hours with shifts starting at 3am
Provide a 5 year work/education/personal reference history
Undertake a criminal record check
Physical stamina for standing long periods and lifting
Attention to hygiene and cleaning standards

Responsibilities

Maintain the highest possible standards within our kitchens
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment
Assist in keeping the kitchen clean and organized
Support delivery of great looking food and delightful dishes
Look out for new ideas to improve dishes and operations
Handle waste disposal and stock organization
Work flexible airport shifts starting as early as 3am
